Some good news everyone, Paypal took a note of my somewhat bitching recently (And millions of other similar complaints from other people throughout the years) and now it looks like they are actually taking action to serve their customers better.

I recently went on eBay Live Help and noticed the following addition.

Notice the direct link to Paypal. It’s nice to see eBay coming to its senses. I actually contact Paypal through email from this chat link now lets see how long it takes for them to respond.

This is cool because not EVERYONE is able to call Paypal and wants to pay the long distance charges for a stupid mistake that Paypal accounting system did.

But hey, I still use Paypal and will continue to use it.

And so should you.
