Aweber saved me $60 big ones!

I always wanted to try this out and THANK GOD that Aweber came out with this - and its FREE for Aweber users. It’s called a Lightbox pop-up and I guess you can say its the next generation of hover ads.
For people that are not familiar with Hover Ads, this is how they work.
1. You visit a site
2. You see an opt-in offer (Email Form) that hovers on the screen.
You can either take action or just close it. It’s not a pop up because pop ups are blocked by pop up blocker.
So the visitor either takes action, or further continues on your site (or they leave like total loosers).
In my experience, Hover Ads are SWEEEEEEEET!
This takes it to the next level because it turns your ENTIRE site in a giant squeeze page (Boy do they work or what!) and after someone takes action, your site is right there!
If you want to build your list fast - USE IT NOW!
I placed it on my case study and it DOUBLED my opt-in rate. Here is how it looks:

Thanks AWEBER, I’m really excited!

FREE eBook Cover Generator
Written by June Beezy on April 8, 2008 – 5:06 am -![]()
Out of all the photoshop tutorials out there for ebook covers - this one ROCKS! It’s not even a tutorial technically, it’s a software!
You simply download this ‘Action’ File and run it, and within 2 steps you’ll have your ebook. I just recently made an ebook cover for a client in like 60 seconds.
The best thing since sliced bread if you ask me. If you tried all those boring step by step photoshop tutorials, simply download this file and see exactly what I’m talking about. The guy who made this is simply brilliant!
I’ve been searching for an ebook cover generator for so long and got tired of paying web designers to do it for me.
Finally a FREE tool that actually works like its suppose to!

Website Testing is annoying but Necessary!
Written by June Beezy on April 7, 2008 – 3:40 am -
So for this month, I’m going to be heavily working on my traffic for my case study. Since I started making a few sales here and there (Mind you since I jacked up my price, my product has been selling very slow - a sign?), more traffic will give me a better idea on what I really need to work on for my site.
So far, this is what I’ve come up with:
- I need a BBB logo to boost credibility: Since I’m selling a brand new product and a brand new idea, people (first time visitors) are very sceptical. So that is going to take a some weeks - hopefully sooner.
- I definitely need to add more ‘credibility’ and content on my salesletter. Believe it or not, my salescopy is short. People are reading it for 9 minutes, but they are not taking action. I think my price point is too high but I will only change that after I get my BBB license because I don’t want to de-value my product. Still, more content is required I think.
- More content overall on site: After asking my current customers, they seem to like recipes a lot, another great reason to get return visitors. So I created a area dedicated to recipes. However, I need to add a lot more recipes than I currently have to gain more ‘credibility’. Bottom line: more content. Lesson here is get in touch with your existing customers and give them what they want.
See making money on the internet is easy - but creating a business is hard work. I’ve made money online and still do but with this case study, I want a BUSINESS! That is why I’m spending so much time testing little things to increase conversions. But don’t get it twisted, I’m still building traffic but slower than I usually do. You have to do both.
As soon as I get on eBay within the next few days (After my suspension for late shipments is over) I’m jumping back on and and building my list and overall traffic even faster - much faster.
But STILL I’m going to be testing EVERYTHING! It’ll be worth it at the end and I hope you are still around to see it for yourself.
As I mentioned, my conversion rate is at 4% from Search engine traffic. If I was getting 1000 visitors a day, that would be 40 sales or over $700 a day. You do the math
Why am I doing this case study? I feel like I’m doing this more for myself than just to show people I know my IM Stuff. And I guess this way if I slack off, you can tell me about it
- I want people to see its possible for anyone to make money on the internet - its just hard work.
Stay along for the ride alright!
PS: It doesn’t take 90 days to build an online empire like the gurus would want you to believe. Trust me, I use to work for one of the best ones
