In my last post, I mentioned that my sales started to drop so I sent out a survey using the free web poll service by bravenet that helped me understand a lot of my customers.

However, I found an even better free service called Poll Daddy.

Why are they better?

They give you an option of not just multiple choices, but really cool designs too. I personally can give a ‘what’ about looks but one feature that got me immediately was the feature for ‘other’ comments within the same survey.

Plus it is so easy to get started, took me 30 seconds at most and a really good looking poll was ready to go.

And their reports are awesome - plus they are free.

You need to know what your customers want or you just won’t be making any money - PERIOD.

So make sure every once in a while, contact them and direct them to a survey. It’ll help you out tremendously in the long run.

Forget Bravnet, I’m with Poll Daddy now!
