A dropshipper is a wholesaler that “dropships”. You simply visit a wholesale dropshipper’s site, ‘copy and paste’ their product image on your site or put it up on ebay, make the sale at whatever price you choose, than simply pay your wholesale cost to the wholesaler.
You make your desired profit and the wholesaler ships (or dropships as it’s called) the ’sold’ item for you to your customer.
You never hold any inventory, you never pre-purchase the product, you don’t even touch it.
It’s all done online!
Below is a more detailed example:
* You find a dropshipper that your are interested in through our FREE Dropshipper Directory
* You browse their site and find the product ‘As Seen On TV’ 300 Piece Titanium Drill set. The price on it shows $6.47. (Which is your purchase price) and you also see the retail value @ $49.95.
* You put the product up at an auction for lets say . . . $45.00.
* You get a buyer and they send you a payment of $45.00
* You than go back to the dropshipper, pay for the ‘As Seen On TV’ 300 Piece Titanium Drill set’ at $6.47 and keep the profit.
* The dropshipper than drop ships it for you directly to your customer.
* Just by making a few clicks with your mouse, you made a gross profit of $38.53
* You never hold any inventory, you only pay if you made a sale and you set your profit margin!
